Birthday Cake ---- Melody of Love

This is a mousse cake with jello topping.



















  • Bottom:  graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter
  • Middle layer: whipped heavy cream, sugar, cream cheese and gelatin. 
  • Topping: orange color jello, colored cream, and hearts.
  • Hearts: frozen whipped cream + gelatin
  • Flowers around side: bought from Wilton
  • Tools: heart shape chocolate mold, tip #5, pastry bags
