Christmas cookies
















 Checkers cookies

1. plain rectangle cook dough (L:W=2:1)
2. sesame rectangle cook dough (L:W=2:1)
3. cut each dough into 2
4. assemble 4 piece of sticks with synrup
5. store in fridge over 30 min
6. cut and bake at 400F 10-12 min.


 puff pastry sticks

1. brush egg wash on pastry sheet
2. spread sesame seed on the top evenly
3. slice and twist
4.  bake at 400 F 15min.
